Guillermo
Franco Borjón.
I build enterprise software,
and help teams move it forward.
I build, modernize, and maintain complex enterprise applications, connecting frontend architecture with backend services and the people who use them.
My work spans real-time collaboration, authentication and permissions, data processing, automated testing, and production support. I lead technical decisions, review code, mentor developers, and stay involved from architecture through delivery.
- Frontend architecture
- Vue, Nuxt, TypeScript, Pinia, TanStack Query, Nuxt UI, React, Next.js
- Backend & real-time systems
- NestJS, Node.js, REST APIs, WebSockets, JWT, RBAC
- Data & asynchronous processing
- PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis, Prisma, TypeORM, BullMQ
- Mobile engineering
- Flutter, facial recognition integration, geolocation
- Quality & delivery
- Playwright, Jest, Vitest, GitHub Actions, Docker, CI/CD, code reviews
- Development practice
- System design, UX workflows, Gitflow, specification-driven development
Forge Finance
A personal finance platform connecting a Nuxt web application and a Flutter mobile client to a modular NestJS backend in a shared monorepo.
I build event-processing pipelines for transaction capture, parsing, reconciliation, and enrichment using PostgreSQL, TypeORM, Redis, and BullMQ. The implementation includes duplicate prevention, worker retries, failed-event reprocessing, JWT authentication with token revocation, and backend unit tests.

MAR 2025 — PRESENTAETORemoteFULL-STACK / TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP01
Senior Developer
Lead technical delivery across enterprise collaboration, asset operations, and document automation, with ownership of business-critical modules from architecture to production support.
- Guide a seven-developer team through technical decisions, code reviews, mentoring, implementation planning, and shared development conventions.
- Led a React/Next.js to Vue/Nuxt migration while maintaining operational continuity and data integrity. Improve rendering, caching, pagination, and API communication.
- Develop backend services and integrations, and establish automated quality checks. Design UX workflows for 800+ internal and external users alongside code reviews, Playwright E2E testing, and GitHub Actions quality gates.
- Real-time collaboration
- Build task-management interfaces with Kanban, calendar, and list views in Vue, Nuxt, and TypeScript. Use TanStack Query and WebSockets for live updates, cache synchronization, reconnection, and notifications.
- Enterprise asset operations
- Develop data-heavy interfaces for inventory, inspections, service workflows, and operational reporting. Structure reusable components, advanced filters, cursor-based pagination, organization context, and permission-aware navigation.
- Document & report automation
- Develop NestJS services combining pdfmake, Chart.js, and Puppeteer-driven visual rendering. Separate document composition from browser capture, control rendering concurrency, and optimize report images.
